After Sales Service & Support

Pool safety technology is an investment and for it to remain effective we provide a range of after sales services to maintain systems working at maximum efficiency.

Pre-Install Support 

We will liaise closely with you and your project team throughout the planning stage.  

To enable each system to be used effectively, we advise you to inform your customers and staff of an up-coming installation.

If you wish to communicate to staff and customers your commitment to safety we will provide all the information, materials and support you require.


Upon completion of your installation, the commissioning engineer will provide basic instruction and an overview of the system, you will receive an operation and maintenance manual containing basic instructions.

Following on from the installation, a formal and more thorough training session will be arranged, all staff attending this will receive a certificate of attendance.  





Post Install Support

The system comes with a 1 or 2 year warranty so you will receive a visit from an engineer within the first month as standard and at regular intervals for the duration of the warranty.

You will have full technical support through our dedicated service email or by calling the office 0845 8620040 and speaking to an engineer.

At the end of the warranty you will have the option to carry on receiving support through an annual maintenance and service contract (AMSC).

To help you to integrate the system into normal operating procedures we will assist with written procedures, or liaise with your Health & Safety advisor on this matter.
