How we work

Pre-Install Support

We will liaise closely with you and your project team throughout the planning stage.

To enable each system to be used effectively, we advise you to inform your customers and staff of an upcoming installation.

As part of our comittment to the project, we provide handouts for your customers and notices that you can display which will show your investment in your customer’s dafety and wellbeing.


New Build Swimming Pool: If the project is a new build, we will interface with our principal and make sure we fit our schedule of works into the planning of the total contract.

Existing Swimming Pools: If we are working on an existing swimming pool we provide a turnkey solution, working in a way that will cause minimal disruption and not create any loss of revenue


Upon completion of your installation, the commissioning engineer will provide basic instruction and an overview of the system. You will receive an operation and maintenance manual containing basic instructions.

Following on from the installation, a formal and more thorough training session will be arranged, all staff attending this will receive a certificate of attendance. You will also be issued a user manual.

Aftercare & Support

All SPSC systems come with a comprehensive 1 year warranty. You will receive a visit from an engineer within the first three months after installation and a visit towards the end of the warranty period as standard.

At the end of the warranty period you will be invited to join an ongoing warranty and service programme

The following are included in the first year warranty of your AngelEye Computer Vision system:

  • Repair/replace any hardware failure

  • Call out service
