We will liaise closely with you and your project team throughout the planning stage.
To enable each system to be used effectively, we advise you to inform your customers and staff of an upcoming installation.
If you wish to communicate to staff and customers your commitment to safety we will provide all the information, materials and support you require.
Upon completion of your installation, the commissioning engineer will provide basic instruction and an overview of the system. You will receive an operation and maintenance manual containing basic instructions.
Following on from the installation, a formal and more thorough training session will be arranged, all staff attending this will receive a certificate of attendance. You will also be issued a user manual.
Post Install Support:
All SPSC(UK) systems come with a 1year warranty. You will receive a visit from an engineer within the first three months after installation and a visit towards the end of the warranty period as standard.
AngelEye warranty and support:
The following are included in the first year warranty of your AngelEye Computer Vision system:
- Repair/replace any hardware failure
- Software upgrades
- Online services
- Telephone support
- Call out service
AngelEye Annual Maintenance and Service Contract
On the expiry of the Year One Warranty;

- 12 month User Licences
